Job Summary

Martins Impex Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, invoicing, GST compliance, and financial records. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, hands-on experience with Tally Prime or Busy Accounting Software, and the ability to maintain accurate financial data while ensuring timely completion of accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions.
- Prepare sales and purchase invoices.
- Maintain Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
- Handle vendor payments and customer collections.
- Maintain inventory-related accounting records.
- Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Maintain proper documentation of accounting records and transactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams for billing and payment-related activities.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
- Experience with Tally Prime and/or Busy Accounting Software.




- Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and Income Tax.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel (Basic Formulas).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.

Qualifications

- B.A. or B.Com (B.Com preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in accounting.
- Experience in the Furniture Manufacturing, Interior, Construction, or Manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
