Store Manager for a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) outlet in Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, leading the team, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets while maintaining brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:1. Store Operations

- Manage daily store operations including opening and closing
- Ensure smooth service during peak and non-peak hours
- Maintain SOPs and QSR brand standards
- Coordinate with internal teams and central store

2. Team Management

- Recruit, train, and supervise staff
- Prepare duty rosters and manage attendance
- Monitor performance and conduct regular training
- Maintain a positive and productive work environment

3. Customer Service

- Ensure fast and efficient service
- Handle customer complaints professionally
- Maintain high customer satisfaction levels
- Monitor feedback and implement improvements

4. Sales & Business Growth

- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Execute local store marketing (LSM) activities
- Upsell products and promote offers

5. Inventory & Cost Control

- Manage stock levels and availability




- Control wastage and food cost
- Maintain inventory records and reports
- Follow FIFO & FEFO practices

6. Hygiene & Compliance

- Ensure compliance with FSSAI guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Follow safety and audit requirements

7. Financial Management

- Handle billing, cash management, and daily reports
- Monitor expenses and profitability

8. Reporting & Coordination

- Share reports with Area Manager
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams

Requirements:

- Minimum 1–3 years experience as Store Manager / Assistant Manager (QSR/Retail preferred)
- Solid leadership and team handling skills
- Good communication and problem-solving ability
- Knowledge of inventory and stock management
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Graduate / Diploma in Hotel Management preferred

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
