Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing

- Assist in setting up and managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Support campaign optimisation by tracking key performance metrics.
- Create and manage audiences, ad sets, and campaign assets.
- Conduct QA checks before campaign launches.
- Assist with A/B testing of creatives, audiences, and campaign settings.

Social Media

- Schedule and publish content across social media platforms.
- Coordinate with designers and content creators for timely content delivery.
- Ensure brand consistency across all social channels.
- Monitor basic engagement and assist with community management when required.
- Stay updated with social media trends and best practices.

Creative & Operations

- Design simple creatives, presentations, and marketing materials using Canva.
- Organise creative assets and maintain campaign documentation.
- Conduct competitor research and collect creative inspiration.




- Assist with landing page reviews and tracking implementation.

Required Skills

- Minimum 1 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager. Advantage if have Google ads knowledge.
- Positive understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Proficiency in Canva for creating and editing marketing creatives.
- Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, Drive, Forms).
- Basic understanding of digital marketing metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
