Essential Duties and responsibilities

 Create and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans that encourage cognitive, emotional, and social development.

 Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.

 Utilize play-based learning techniques to make education fun and effective.

 Monitor and document the progress of children, ensuring individualized attention and support.

 Communicate regularly with parents to provide updates on their child’s development.

 Collaborate with colleagues to develop creative teaching strategies and ensure a cohesive learning experience.

Requirements / Qualifications:

 2–3 years of proven experience as aPrimary Teacher.

 Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.

 Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) with a focus on Primary Education.

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

 Ability to create a positive and engaging classroom atmosphere.

 Passion for working with young children and a creative approach to teaching.

‘Basil Woods’ is an early learning initiative of National Institute of Value Education (NIVE) to inculcate universal values and ethics along with imparting physical/cognitive learning in the formative years of early childhood development.
