An MIS (Management Information Systems) Executive for Bus Maintenance manages data related to fleet operations, repair logs, parts inventory, and maintenance costs to optimize workshop efficiency.

Core Responsibilities

- Data Management: Track vehicle repair histories, fuel consumption, and breakdown logs daily.
- Reporting: Create weekly and monthly performance reports for fleet availability and maintenance costs.
- Inventory Control: Monitor spare parts stock levels, usage rates, and procurement requests.
- Compliance Tracking: Schedule and track statutory requirements like fitness certificates, pollution checks, and insurance.
- Predictive Analysis: Analyze breakdown trends to suggest preventive maintenance schedules.

Key Requirements

· Education:



Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Statistics, orAutomobile/Mechanical Engineering.

- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), SQL, and Fleet Management Software.
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience in data management, preferably within logistics, transit, or automotive workshops.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, sharp attention to detail, and explicit communication skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
