EXPERIENCE
▪ Minimum 2 – 05 years (Degree)
▪ Minimum 04 - 07 years (Diploma)
Nature of Experience
- Basic knowledge of electrical and electronic components
- Understanding of QAP (Quality Assurance Plan) and SOP (Standard Operating Procedures)
- Knowledge of verifying:
o COC (Certificate of Conformity)
o TC (Test Certificates)
o Type Test Reports
- Experience in:
o Inspection of DG sets or rotating equipment
o Manufacturing and testing of engines and alternators
- Familiarity with:
o DGS&D; / GeM / Government procurement standards
o Relevant Indian Standards (IS), including:
▪ IS 10002 – DG Set Specifications
▪ IS 4722 – Rotating Electrical Machines
▪ IS 13018 – Engine Performance
- Understanding of:
o QCP (Quality Control Plan) requirements
o Routine test, Type test, and Acceptance Tests (ATP / FAT)
- Inspection knowledge of major assemblies:
o Engine assembly
o Alternator
o Control panel and wiring
- Strong expertise in:
o DG set inspection procedures and requirements
o Review and validation of inspection documents
- Ability to:
o Read and interpret electrical schematic drawings
- Working knowledge of testing and inspection of:
o Motors
o Transformers
o UPS systems
o Electrical control panels
o Switchboards and starters
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
