Job Title: Laser / Plasma Machine Operator

Location: Thennampalayam, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Qualification: ITI / Diploma (Mechanical or related)
Experience: 1+ years in laser/plasma cutting
Responsibilities:
- Operate laser and plasma cutting machines as per production plan
- Set up, calibrate, and monitor machines for smooth operations
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and job specifications
- Prepare and handle raw materials with proper identification
- Perform cutting, grinding, and finishing as required
- Inspect output using measuring tools and ensure quality standards
- Identify defects/deviations and report to supervisor
- Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting
- Meet production timelines and minimize downtime
- Follow safety practices, PPE, and 5S standards
- Maintain cleanliness of work area
- Update work progress and ensure punctuality and discipline
