- Lead and supervise the counseling team to achieve organizational goals.
- Monitor daily performance and ensure targets are met.
- Guide students on study abroad programs, admissions, and visa procedures.
- Train, mentor, and support counselors in handling student cases.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of student applications.
- Resolve student and parent queries, complaints, and escalations.
- Coordinate with universities, colleges, and partner institutions.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Organize promotional activities, seminars, and student recruitment drives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical practices, and quality standards.
