Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Operations Executive to work closely with the COO and ensure smooth execution across departments. The role involves tracking tasks, following up with teams, monitoring deadlines, coordinating between departments, resolving bottlenecks, and ensuring action items are completed on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend meetings and prepare MoMs.
- Assign and track action items.
- Follow up on pending tasks and deadlines.
- Collect team updates and prepare reports.
- Coordinate with departments to resolve delays.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the COO.
- Maintain action trackers, dashboards, and weekly progress reports.
- Suggest process improvements and automation.

Requirements

- Solid problem-solving, ownership, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and follow-up abilities.




- Comfortable coordinating with department heads.
- Quick learner with good technology skills.
- Must know how to drive and possess a valid driving licence.

Technical Skills

Google Workspace, Excel/Google Sheets, ChatGPT & AI tools, Calendar Management, Task Management Tools (Notion, ClickUp, Trello, etc.), and WhatsApp Business.

Qualification & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in B.Tech, BBA, B.Com, Engineering, MBA, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience.
- Freshers with strong analytical thinking and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
