We are looking for a Production Supervisor to oversee and coordinate production activities from Shearing to Printing Departments in our PVC tufted coir doormat manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth workflow, maintain production and quality records, and update data to the office daily.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise production processes from Shearing → Trimming → Passing → Bleaching → Printing departments.
- Plan and coordinate manpower allocation to achieve daily production targets.
- Maintain accurate production counts, rejection counts, and material consumption records for each department.
- In the Printing Department, ensure:
- Printed mats match the approved counter sample for each design.
- Design plate counts are fixed and maintained for every design.
- Paint consumption and chemical consumption data are recorded daily, including opening/closing stock for each chemical and paint mix.
- Attendance records for all printing staff are updated daily.
- Smudge-free printing processes are strictly followed.
- Mats are taken for drying only on the next day as per SOP, not on the same day.




- For each new design, record the exact paint consumption (litres) and printed mat count for production analysis.
- Collect and compile department-wise production data into a daily production summary report for office submission.
- Coordinate with the Quality Control team (Passing Department) to ensure defective mats are separated, and final quality-approved mats are palletized correctly.
- Resolve production issues quickly in consultation with the Manager and maintain smooth inter-department coordination.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational guidelines across departments.

Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in manufacturing supervision, preferably in coir/PVC Tufted Mat Manufacturing industries
