Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients with registration, appointments, and follow-up coordination
- Support patient counseling and guidance regarding treatments and services
- Help in maintaining patient records and documentation
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and clinic staff for smooth patient flow
- Handle patient feedback and support patient satisfaction initiatives
- Assist in community outreach and awareness programs
- Support administrative and operational tasks when required
- Ensure professional and empathetic communication with patients and families
Requirements
- Pursuing or completed MSW (Master of Social Work)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills
