Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Costing Executive to handle product costing based on batch sheets maintained in Excel. The role requires strong analytical skills, accuracy, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams and external parties.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and calculate product costing using Excel-based batch sheets
- Analyze cost components including raw materials, labor, and overheads
- Maintain and update costing records accurately
- Coordinate with internal teams for data collection and verification
- Communicate with vendors/clients for required costing inputs
- Ensure timely completion of costing reports

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong command over Microsoft Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP,



pivot tables preferred)
- Good understanding of basic accounting/costing concepts
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills (verbal & written)
- Ability to handle repetitive and structured work efficiently
