Digital Marketing Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a agile and result-oriented Digital Marketing Manager with 4–5 years of experience in digital marketing, strategic planning, and client acquisition. The ideal candidate will lead digital strategies, drive new business pitches, manage performance campaigns, and deliver measurable growth for brands. Strong communication, presentation, and client-facing skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute 360° digital marketing strategies for brands.
- Lead client pitches, strategy presentations, and marketing proposals.
- Plan and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4), SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other analytics tools.
- Create data-driven reports, insights, and growth recommendations.
- Coordinate with creative, content, and design teams to ensure effective campaign execution.
- Monitor digital trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing opportunities.
- Manage CRM and marketing automation initiatives for lead nurturing and customer engagement.

Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, SEO tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, GA4), and CRM/Automation platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
