Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Procurement of Different grade raw materials & track on market price variations
- Recent RFQ's generation, negotiate & price finalisation for development projects.
- Control on Job work materials for Laser Cutting, Bending, Powder Coating process
- Order & track Importing Parts, Coordinate with CFA for clearance & timey delivery.
- Source & develop Export oriented seaworthy packing materials viz. VCI, Wood, Corrugated Boxes & etc.
- Responsible to New Source Identification & develop for cost competency.
- Review & monitor with team for critical shortages & avoid line stoppage.
- Coordination with finance for vendor advance & regular payments.
- Interact with PPC & Logistics for Customer monthly schedule & dispatches.
- Vehicle arrangements & transportation cost monitoring against inward materials.
- Follow purchasing policies, processes, and incoterms.




- Maintain & Circulate MIS Reports periodically.
- Monitor & tracking Vendor Performance data.
- Inventory Management.
- Cost Cutting Programmes.
- Maintain ISO Documents & participate in regular audits representing Purchase dept.

- SAP Approvals - PO, Item Master & Vendor Master.

Skills Required

- Strong interpersonal relationship and communication skills.
- Thorough knowledge on SAP B1 Module.
- Negotiation Skill.
- Team Building, Problem solving, critical thinking & decision making.
- Language fluency in English, Kannada and Hindi.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
