We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Visa Counselor to join our immigration consultancy. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, counsel clients regarding study, visitor, work, and PR visa options, and assist them throughout the application process. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and a strong ability to convert leads into clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective clients.
- Explain visa services, study abroad programs, and immigration processes.
- Counsel clients based on their education, work experience, and travel goals.
- Generate and follow up on leads to achieve monthly admission and visa targets.
- Schedule appointments for consultants and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate client records in CRM or Excel.
- Guide clients on required documentation and application procedures.
- Coordinate with the visa processing team for smooth application handling.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve client queries professionally.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication in English and Hindi.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM).
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
- Ability to build rapport with clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may apply.
- 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, sales, counseling, or immigration consultancy is an advantage.
