BPS Renewables Pvt Ltd is looking for an energetic Field Sales Executive responsible for lead generation, client meetings, sales conversion, and customer relationship management for solar power solutions. The candidate will actively visit clients, generate business opportunities, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular field visits, meetings, and calls to generate new sales leads.
- Convert leads into confirmed solar projects through presentations and negotiations.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with potential clients until deal closure.
- Perform cross-selling and upselling of solar products and related services.
- Handle customer complaints, collect feedback, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain daily sales reports and lead tracking.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with industrial, commercial, and residential clients.




- Coordinate with internal technical teams for project discussions and proposals.
- Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent sales and negotiation ability
- Ability to generate and convert leads independently
- Good customer relationship management
- Basic understanding of solar / electrical products preferred
- Comfortable with field travel and client meetings
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, Email communication

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
