To co-ordinate with Maintenance department as and when machines breakdown & troubleshooting.

- Communicate with Sr. Chemist/Q.C Manager and other team members to offer possible solution for corrective action
- Check the Incoming and outgoing sample and analysis as per requirement and record the same
- Report the following analysis record of sample tests to Sr. Chemist
- Inform Sr. Chemist for Material shortage
- Timely collection of samples from respective divisions as per requirement.
- Prepare Seed samples etc. as per quality and record the same after testing
- Timely test and analyze the Plant sample, Production sample, Running plant oil and report same to Sr. Chemist/QC Manager
- Record all the production samples safely for further study
- Record and verify the stock of chemicals and glassware and report the availability to QC Manager/Sr. Chemist




- Make a requirement list of chemicals, glassware and general items and discuss with Sr. Chemist
- Full fill requirement of laboratory maintenance if any problem, discuss with Sr. Chemist
- Send the samples as per instructions by head of department.
- Timely maintain the housekeeping activity in the laboratory for visitors/audit
- Prepare Test Report and sample collection record.
- Record NEAR MISS in the site
- Ensure PPEs (Gloves, Nose mask, Head mash, Apron) should wear while using chemicals during sample testing activity
- Personal belonging kept in a separate place

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
