- Prepare and cook a variety of Chinese dishes according to standard recipes and quality standards.
- Assist the Chef de Partie and senior chefs in the daily operations of the Chinese kitchen section.
- Complete mise en place, including cutting, marinating, seasoning, and preparation of ingredients.
- Maintain consistency in taste, portion size, food quality, and presentation.
- Operate Chinese kitchen equipment such as wok burners, steamers, fryers, and other cooking equipment safely.
- Ensure proper storage, labelling, and rotation of all food ingredients.
- Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety.
- Coordinate with other kitchen sections to ensure smooth and timely food service.
- Monitor ingredient stock levels and report shortages or quality issues to the senior chef.
- Assist in guiding and supporting junior kitchen staff when required.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
