Key Roles Responsibilities

- Coordinate and manage multidisciplinary projects from initiation to completion.

- Liaise with Government departments, clients, consultants, and other stakeholders for effective project execution.

- Prepare project plans, work schedules, progress reports, presentations, and documentation.

- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, budgets, and quality standards.

- Facilitate meetings, prepare Minutes of Meetings (MoM), and track action points.

- Ensure compliance with Government guidelines, contractual obligations, and project requirements.

- Support preparation of DPRs, proposals, technical reports, and project submissions.

- Identify project risks and recommend mitigation strategies.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of project milestones.

- Review project performance and prepare periodic MIS and status reports.

- Support procurement, consultant coordination, and contract management activities whenever required.

Qualifications





Postgraduate Degree in any one of the following:

- Urban Planning / Regional Planning / Town Planning

- Project Management / Business Management / Public Administration

- Civil Engineering / Infrastructure Engineering / Transportation Engineering

- Tourism Management / Tourism Planning

- Or any other relevant postgraduate qualification from a recognized university.

Required Skills

- Strong project planning and coordination skills.

- Experience in handling Government-funded or public sector projects.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.

- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under strict timelines.
