**Salary:** ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 (Based on Experience)

### **Job Responsibilities:**

* Handle outbound collection calls to customers.

* Follow up on pending payments and overdue accounts.

* Maintain accurate call records and update CRM/system.

* Achieve assigned collection and recovery targets.

* Ensure qualified, ethical, and compliant communication with customers.

### **Eligibility Criteria:**

* Minimum **6 months to 1 year** of experience in **Collections/Recovery**.

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

* Ability to handle customer queries professionally.

* Target-oriented with a positive attitude.

* Immediate joiners will be preferred.
