We are seeking a highly motivated Company Secretary to join our Finance team on a full-time basis:
Position Description:

Secretarial compliances, SEZ reporting, TDS returns, Service Tax returns, RBI compliances, Sales tax & Excise related matters and other statutory returns and compliances. As part of Finance contributing to ad hoc projects, automation related projects
Major Responsibilities & Accountabilities
:
Corporate secretarial
SEZ and Tax related compliance
Finance related projects and team contribution
Essential Competencies:
Strong knowledge of Indian Corporate laws, regulations and Compliances




Independently handle Corporate secretarial matters and filings
Independently Liaise with MCA, network with professional circles and Government departments, service providers and other stakeholders
Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
Experience of working in a Manufacturing Industry
Positive to have Competencies:
Prior experience in MNC environment
Prior experience with SEZ based entity
