Job Role
Creating Cutover Plans and aligning with different parties for a brownfield conversion in a scaled environment
Knowledge about brownfield conversions and the different steps, which requires a good basis understanding
Knowledge about RISE and infrastructural setups
Stakeholder management to put up the cutover plan
Executing the cutover plan as the command center and cutover manager on duty
Skills and Knowledge required




Minimum 3 cycles of brownfield conversion and/or SAP upgrades (EHP, ..) from a technical perspective
Deep understanding of the different phases of a brownfield conversion, he should be knowledgeable about terms like SUM, NZDT, Simplification Items, CVI, Retrofit, etc.
Ability to manage a cutover plan
Having managed as manager on duty the execution of the cutover steps
Good communication skills
Explicit and crisp communication of tasks
Technical understanding behind the different cutover tasks
Need to be available full time or 90% travelling to be in Dubai
