Job Title: Sr Business Associate - C13 (Vice President)

The Financial Management Team sits within the Markets COO organization and has oversight of expense and headcount management, financial analysis, planning and forecasting for Markets Operations.
This role supports the Head of Financial Management to:
Gather data to generate and contextualise the financial plan
Support execution of the financial plan
Drive and track efficiency initiatives
Facilitate and govern resourcing across the organisation
Produce reporting to a variety of stakeholders including monthly forecasting, headcount tracking and resourcing
Produce material to senior stakeholders to ensure robust financial governance
Conduct risk assessments aligning to business decisions
Enhance processes, tooling and associated controls within the team
Experience Required:
Finance / Accounting background preferred
Experience in expense and headcount management
Experience in budgeting and financial planning
Ability to work with large volumes of data
Ability to produce quality presentation materials
A good work ethic and a positive mindset
Ability to work collaboratively within a global team
Strong communication skills
Education:
Bachelor's Degree/University degree or equivalent experience
Master's degree preferred
