Lead and manage the Computer Engineering Department to ensure academic excellence and operational efficiency.
Develop and implement the department's curriculum, ensuring alignment with industry standards and emerging technologies.
Oversee faculty recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to maintain high-quality teaching standards.
Foster a collaborative and innovative setting for students, faculty, and staff.
Manage departmental budgets, resources, and infrastructure, ensuring cost-effective operations.
Conduct regular assessments of the department's academic and research performance.
Promote and facilitate research initiatives and industry collaborations within the department.
Represent the department in meetings with university administration, external partners, and accrediting bodies.
Drive strategic planning for the department's growth, including new programs and courses.
Mentor students and faculty, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
