Own the full recruitment life cycle
● Prior Exposure to hiring through Low and No cost channels
● Source, attract and engage top candidates through a highly engaged approach and creating a positive candidate experience
● Assess and qualify candidates for role related skills
● Partner with internal team lead's /function heads to understand their recruiting needs to create and execute an effective recruiting strategy
● Hands on experience in Microsoft excel and reporting mechanism
