What will you do?
Contribute to the design and implementation of program activities under the Fintech COE, aligning them with strategic objectives.
Manage the fintech venture portfolio, identify areas for growth, and design support interventions to enhance venture outcomes.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with ecosystem partners,
financial institutions, and fintech startups.
Analyze program performance data and generate insights to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
Organize and lead key events, workshops, partnerships and investor connects, ensuring impactful delivery.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a high-quality experience for participating ventures.
Research towards fintech startup ecosystem to build thesis, papers, program materials to build technical depth for the Fintech COE.
Maintain program compliance and contribute to brand building in line with NSRCEL's standards.
Requirements
You will ideally have:
Have 3-5 years of experience in program management, strategic planning, or startup ecosystem roles, preferably in fintech.
Possess a strong understanding of fintech, innovation, or entrepreneurship ecosystems.
Be comfortable working with diverse stakeholders and leading high-visibility initiatives.
Have excellent analytical and communication skills.
Be proactive, strategic, and driven to make a meaningful impact on the program and portfolio.
