Responsibilities:
Lead talent acquisition efforts, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Manage employee relations by addressing workplace concerns and ensuring policy adherence.
Develop and implement employee engagement programs to foster a positive work environment.
Support performance management through goal setting, evaluations, and feedback sessions.
Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports on key HR metrics.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
2-4 years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist role.
Solid communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills.
Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
