Production Line in charge Eligibilities
Responsibilities
· Coordinate and oversee production activities during the shift
· Ensure production targets are met and quality standards are maintained
· Manage and lead a team of production workers
· Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulations
· Troubleshoot any production issues that may arise
Qualifications
· BSc /B tech in Food Technology
· Minimum 3 years of Experience in any food industry
· Previous experience in production or manufacturing environment
· Strong leadership and team management skills
· Positive problem-solving abilities
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
