Accounting Technician
SUMMARY
We are seeking a detail-oriented and diligent Accounting Technician to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in supporting various accounting activities within our dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role offers potential for professional growth and is ideal for a candidate who is eager to develop their financial skills and gain exposure to international finance operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Booking of Sales Order & Project Opening indent. (Customer PO's for projects and services)
A/R - Customer Invoicing for India (Projects and Services) and intercompany
Assisting in filing GST Returns
Customs duty payment entries in SAP +Fund Transfer
Import Payment to Foreign Vendors (Advance+balance) + document submission to bank for closure




Month end closing tasks & year end task of changing all the Document numbers.
Supporting Audits with reports & schedules (Statutory audit, Tax Audit, Transfer pricing)
Monthly TDS payment computation and Payment
Quarterly TDS return data preparation for filing returns and generation of TDS certificates
Concur expense claim verification: Germany, Ireland, France, Brazil, India.
Time & Attendance
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
5 years of relevant experience
Knowledge of ERP (SAP), MS Office/G-Suit tools
Positive Communication Skills
Good Interpersonal Skills
Graduate in Accountancy
