We are looking for a senior backend engineer to join our team in India. As one of the founding members of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping our product and engineering culture.
What you will do
Build Finn AI, the first AI-powered wealth manager.
Develop and maintain the core backend infrastructure of the Finvest platform for wealth management, trading, and discovery.
Push the boundaries of engineering as we build solutions for money management, using AI and data to make complex finance easier for everyone.
Work closely with frontend engineers and the rest of the founding team to build exceptional user experiences.
What you are good at
Have 5+ years of experience as a backend engineer developing and deploying productive-level backend systems
Fluent in Node/Typescript, Python, Postgres, and AWS
Proven ability to architect complex distributed system
Experience with performance and optimization problems and eagerness to both diagnose and prevent these problems
Comfortable taking ownership from start to finish, build new systems from scratch, and iterate quickly in a startup workplace.
