Especially application of analytics in service desk / help desk / contact centers would be an added advantage. Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) process framework is needed.



6+ years overall experience preferably in Software Development Lifecycle and Agile/Scrum methodologies A background in automating and orchestrating the management of a virtual data center environment. Minimum 3 years' experience and strong knowledge of Azure Data Services such as Azure Databricks, Delta Lake, Azure Data Lake Storage, Blob Storage, Azure Data Factory Minimum 2 years' experience on Analytics Visualization tools Qlik Sense etc. Strong knowledge of Big Data and Analytics, including Apache Spark, Delta Lake Should have worked in a managed services provider organization, be exposed to global delivery model and operate in teams working across time zones. Valuable interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate in a diverse team Good communication (written & oral) & presentation skills, business analysis and problem-solving skills, self-initiated, quick learner; should be able to handle stakeholders at senior levels & influence decisions.
