Job Description
Good Experience in Schematic and PCB layout design Analysis.
Hands-on experience in ICT Keysight i**** machine and Its Trouble Shooting.
Hands on experience in FCT, EOL,Vision testers with NI test stand ,Keysight test exc would be added advantage .
Valuable Knowledge of Communication Protocols: CAN, UDS, LIN, RS232, TCPIP, I2C, UART, SPI, JTAG etc.
Working knowledge of handling electronic measurement equipment such as Oscilloscope, Multimeter, and Power supplies with different manufactures.
Hand-on experience in Soldering skills and analysis of solders joints added advantage.
Good knowledge on Electronic Hardware like Active,



Passive components and Digital Electronics.
Good knowledge in Microsoft Office
Knowledge of basic Programming languages: C, C++, C#.
Automotive experience will be an added advantage.
Qualifications
Diploma in E&C; and Mechanical with 2 to 5yrs exp
Additional Information
Support the In-circuit testers, Functional and final testers for components level testing and functional testing of various projects. (like Clusters, ACU,BCM and TCU etc ).
Improve FPY and Cycle times.
Restore production Test Systems to its original working condition in shortest possible time whenever the Test Systems is malfunctioning. (i.e. minimize interruption).
Improve MTTR, MTBF and Carry systematic preventive maintenance to ensure Test Systems is always at its top working conditions.
Regular inspection of Test Systems and its surrounding environment to ensure compliance to 5S/safety specifications.
Keep track of Test Systems performance and maximize Test Systems utilization to help production achieve throughput and quality goals.
