to join our lean and brilliant team to help build the next generation of decentralized financial infrastructure.
What You'll Work On
Assist in
developing, testing, and optimizing trading strategies
using real-time and historical market data
Conduct
data analysis
, build models, and support research for derivatives pricing, risk, and performance
Collaborate with engineering and research teams to validate and backtest quant models
Research and interpret complex
financial instruments
, especially in
crypto options, futures, and perpetuals
Help us analyze and interpret user behavior, market structure, and liquidity data
Stay up to date with
crypto markets, DeFi trends
, and algorithmic trading techniques
What We're Looking For
Strong
analytical and quantitative
background – ideally pursuing or holding a degree in
Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Statistics, Finance
, or similar
Knowledge of
financial derivatives
, with a robust interest in
crypto and trading
Willingness to
learn, iterate, and contribute
in a rapid-paced startup environment
Candidates from top IITs will be preferred
