Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of tax assignments from planning to finalization.
Manage a team of 1-2 members within the cluster.
Review and manage tax returns and supporting work papers per US Tax Law.
Serve as the first escalation point for staff and senior members on technical matters, among others.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or an equivalent field.
Minimum of 4 years in progressive US/Global taxation.
Experience in Funds-of-Funds, private equity, venture capital, and hedge funds
Investment industry experience.
Compliance experience with Partnership (Form ****).
