We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Security Associate to join our team in Pune, India. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a secure and secure environment for our employees, visitors, and assets.
Monitor and operate surveillance equipment, access control systems, and alarm systems
Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify and address potential security risks
Control access to the facility, verifying employee and visitor credentials
Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies, following established protocols
Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate security logs
Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when necessary
Assist in the development and implementation of security policies and procedures
Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on security best practices
Ensure compliance with all relevant security regulations and company policies
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid security guard certification as per local regulations in Pune, India
2-3 years of experience in security or a related field
Proficiency in operating security equipment, including surveillance systems and access control systems
Strong knowledge of security protocols, emergency response procedures, and risk assessment
Excellent observation skills and attention to detail
Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to write clear and concise reports
Computer literacy and familiarity with security management software
First Aid and CPR certification
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and patrol large areas
Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Knowledge of local security laws and regulations in Pune, India
