1. Evaluate and select appropriate Composite materials based on requirements
2. Implement and oversee composite manufacturing techniques such as:
-Resin Infusion Moulding (RIM)
-Resin Transfer Moulding (RTM)
-Hand Lay-up
-Other advanced Composite processes
3. Develop salvage and rework processes for defective composite components while maintaining structural integrity and quality standards.
4. Maintain process documentation, work Instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
