About the Role

Eatalica is looking for friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Service Staff to deliver an exceptional dining experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting guests, taking accurate food and beverage orders, serving dishes efficiently, and ensuring every customer leaves with a great impression.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and seat guests with a warm and professional attitude.
- Present menus and explain dishes, ingredients, and daily specials.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely service.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Check in with guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction.
- Handle customer requests, feedback, and complaints courteously.
- Process bills and payments accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and restaurant service standards.
- Support teammates during busy service periods.

Requirements

- Previous experience in a restaurant, café, or hospitality workplace is preferred.




- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic English communication (additional languages are an advantage).
- Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Physically able to stand and walk for extended periods.
