Job Title: Business Development Representative (BDR)
Location: Tiruppur (Candidates based in Tiruppur or willing to relocate are preferred.)
Shift Options:
- 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
- 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
Experience: 0–2 Years (Interns, Freshers, and Entry-Level Candidates Preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through outbound cold calling.
- Identify and qualify prospective clients.
- Schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain lead records and achieve daily/monthly targets.
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Solid interpersonal and persuasion skills.
- Willingness to work either shift.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM is an added advantage.
