Job Title: Production Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Production Engineer for our manufacturing organization. The candidate should have knowledge of Laser Cutting, Bending, and Welding processes. The role includes production planning, process monitoring, quality improvement, manpower handling, and achieving production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day production activities.

Monitor production planning and achieve production targets.

Knowledge about Laser Cutting, Bending, and Welding process.

Improve productivity and reduce process rejection.

Coordinate with Quality and Maintenance departments.

Monitor machine performance and production efficiency.

Maintain production reports and documentation.

Ensure safety and quality standards on the shop floor.





Handle manpower and shift management.

Support continuous improvement activities in production.

Required Skills:

Knowledge of Laser, Bending, and Welding process.

Basic understanding of production planning and process flow.

Problem-solving and leadership skills.

Good communication and team handling ability.

Knowledge of manufacturing quality standards.

Qualification:

Diploma / BE Mechanical / Production Engineering

Experience:

1 to 5 Years (Preferred in Sheet Metal / Fabrication Industry)
