Summary:
As an Integration Engineer, a typical day involves engaging closely with clients to offer expert advice on business and system integration challenges. Throughout the day, the Integration Engineer facilitates discussions around transformation initiatives, customer experience journeys, and functional or application design considerations. This position demands a proactive approach to ensure that the solutions developed align well with the client s business objectives and technological needs, fostering seamless integration and effective implementation.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze integration requirements.
- Assist in designing and implementing integration strategies that align with client goals.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on integration best practices.
- Continuously monitor and improve integration processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Graph Databases.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Neo4j.
- Strong understanding of data modeling concepts specific to graph database technologies.
- Ability to design and optimize queries for graph database performance.
- Experience in integrating graph databases with various business applications and systems.
- Familiarity with data integration patterns and middleware tools relevant to graph database environments.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Graph Databases.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
