Role
Be the technical face of the brand at construction sites. Get product approvals from engineers.

Key Responsibility

1. Site Visits: Visit 3-4 active construction sites/day. Meet site engineers, PMC, contractors.

2. Technical Support: Recommend right fastener for RCC, facade, MEP, steel structure. Do on-site pull-out demo.

3. Problem Solving: Handle failure/complaints. Suggest correct embedment, drill size, installation method.

4. Approvals: Get your fastener added in "Approved Vendor List" of builder/contractor.

5. Training: Train masons and supervisors on correct installation.

6. Documentation: Submit test certificates, datasheets, method statements.

Must Have Skills

- Understand RCC drawings, load calculations, base material

- Knowledge of wedge anchor, chemical anchor, sleeve anchor, through bolt

- Can carry sample kit and do demo confidently

- Good communication in Hindi + English + local language

Experience- 2-5 years

Education- Diploma / B.E Civil or Mechanical

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
