We are hiring an experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager to manage and scale the affiliate marketing program for a US-based fashion e-commerce brand.

The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with AWIN, affiliate recruitment, publisher management, campaign optimization, and revenue growth. Candidates with experience working for international fashion or Shopify e-commerce brands will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow the affiliate program through AWIN.
- Recruit and onboard high-quality affiliates, publishers, influencers, coupon websites, cashback partners, loyalty platforms, and content creators.
- Build solid long-term relationships with affiliate partners.
- Identify new partnership opportunities to increase revenue and brand awareness.
- Monitor affiliate performance and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Negotiate commission structures, promotional campaigns, and exclusive affiliate offers.
- Track affiliate sales, conversions, EPC, AOV, ROAS, and other key performance metrics.
- Detect fraudulent, low-quality, or non-compliant affiliate activity.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Paid Ads, Social Media, and Email Marketing teams during seasonal campaigns and product launches.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated on affiliate marketing trends and competitor strategies.

Required Skills & Experience





- 3+ years of Affiliate Marketing experience.
- Robust hands-on experience managing affiliate programs using AWIN (Mandatory).
- Experience with fashion, apparel, or Shopify e-commerce brands.
- Proven track record of increasing affiliate revenue and recruiting quality publishers.
- Strong understanding of affiliate attribution, tracking, and reporting.
- Experience working with influencers, bloggers, coupon websites, cashback, loyalty, and content publishers.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience working with US or international brands is highly preferred.
