Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and compassionate BAMS Doctor to join our Ayurvedic healthcare team in Ludhiana. The ideal candidate should have sound knowledge of Ayurvedic diagnosis and treatment, excellent patient consultation skills, and a patient-centric approach. Experience in Ayurveda and Panchakarma practices will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Consult patients and assess their health conditions using Ayurvedic principles.
- Diagnose illnesses and prepare personalized treatment plans.
- Prescribe Ayurvedic medicines, therapies, and lifestyle modifications.
- Guide patients regarding diet, nutrition, and preventive healthcare.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as required.
- Coordinate with Panchakarma therapists for treatment protocols.
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
- Ensure adherence to NABH standards, clinical protocols, and quality guidelines.
- Educate patients about holistic wellness and disease prevention.
- Participate in clinic health awareness programs and promotional activities.

Required Qualifications





- Bachelor's Degree in Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) from a recognized university.
- Valid State Medical Council registration.
- 2–5 years of clinical experience in Ayurveda or Panchakarma practice.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Ayurvedic diagnosis and treatment.
- Excellent communication and patient counselling skills.
- Ability to build patient trust and maintain long-term relationships.
- Good clinical decision-making and documentation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge for maintaining patient records.
- Team player with a skilled and ethical approach.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in NABH-accredited healthcare facilities.
- Exposure to Panchakarma therapies and wellness programs.
- Knowledge of EMR/clinic management software.
