We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media & Performance Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing initiatives across multiple brands and platforms. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of social media management, performance marketing, SEO, content planning, and digital analytics.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google Business Profile.

* Develop and maintain monthly content calendars.

* Coordinate with the design and content teams to ensure timely execution of creatives.

* Schedule, publish, and manage content across all digital platforms.

* Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta and Google.

* Drive brand growth, engagement, website traffic, and lead generation through effective digital marketing strategies.

* Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices.

* Perform market research, competitor analysis,



and audience research to identify growth opportunities.

* Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.

* Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices.

* Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to execute marketing initiatives.

Requirements

* Knowledge in social media management and performance marketing.

* Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.

* Good understanding of SEO principles and website optimization.

* Knowledge of Google Analytics and other digital marketing tools.

* Strong research, analytical, and communication skills.

* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

* Creative thinking with a data-driven approach to marketing.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
