Job Summary

Healing Hands Clinic is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Insurance Coordinator to manage patient insurance processes and ensure smooth coordination with insurance companies and TPAs. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be organized, and be able to handle insurance documentation and follow-ups efficiently. The role typically involves insurance verification, pre-authorizations, claims coordination, patient communication, and collaboration with billing and clinical teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Verify patient insurance eligibility and policy details.
- Coordinate with insurance companies and TPAs for pre-authorizations and approvals.
- Submit insurance documents and follow up on pending claims.
- Maintain accurate insurance records and documentation.
- Explain insurance coverage, claim status, and payment responsibilities to patients.




- Coordinate with doctors, billing, and front office teams for required documents.
- Resolve claim-related queries and ensure timely processing.
- Ensure compliance with clinic policies and insurance guidelines.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in insurance coordination, TPA handling, or medical billing preferred.
- Knowledge of health insurance processes and documentation.
- Good communication and computer skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.

Salary & Benefits

- Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
- Provident Fund (PF): Provided
- Working Days: 6 days per week
- Shift: 9-hour shift
- Employment Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
