Job Title: Senior Sales Executive – Freight Forwarding

Job Summary:

We are looking for a agile and target-oriented Senior Sales Executive with mandatory experience in freight forwarding. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, acquiring new clients, and managing key accounts in the Tuticorin region, with a strong focus on export/import logistics solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate new business opportunities in freight forwarding (Air & Sea – Export/Import)
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with shippers, exporters, importers, and CHA clients
- Handle RFQs, prepare competitive quotations, and close sales deals
- Coordinate with operations, pricing, and documentation teams for smooth shipment execution
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve client issues efficiently




- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Logistics/Shipping preferred)
- Minimum 3–6+ years of proven experience in Freight Forwarding Sales (Mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of sea freight, air freight, incoterms, and customs procedures
- Hands-on experience in handling export/import customers
- Established client base/network in Tuticorin region is an added advantage
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
