Stipend: Up to ₹8,000 per month

Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. The candidate should possess good communication and interpersonal skills with an interest in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations. This internship provides practical exposure to real-time HR activities and corporate work culture.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the recruitment and candidate screening process
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates
- Maintain employee and candidate records
- Support onboarding and HR documentation activities
- Assist in employee engagement and coordination tasks
- Communicate with candidates through calls, emails, and online platforms
- Support daily HR operations and administrative activities

Required Skills





- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of HR and recruitment processes
- Familiarity with MS Excel, email communication, and online platforms
- Organizational and time-management abilities

Eligibility Criteria

- Freshers and students can apply
- Candidates with HR, Management, or Business Administration courses/certifications preferred
- Positive communication skills will be an added advantage

Performance & Growth Opportunity

Based on performance evaluation during the internship period:

- Stipend may be increased, or
- Candidates may be offered a permanent full-time opportunity within the organization

Pay: ₹5,086.00 - ₹8,000.45 per month
