The ideal candidate will have a robust background in engineering management, a deep understanding of technology trends, and the ability to lead and inspire a diverse team of engineers.

Job Responsibilities:

- Lead engineering strategy & vision.
- Manage the entire engineering lifecycle.
- Build & mentor high-performing teams.
- Set technical direction & best practices.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless product development.
- Manage budgets & resources effectively.

Desirable Skill Set:

- Experience in a similar industry/domain (a plus, not mandatory).
- Experience building & scaling engineering teams.




- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with contemporary development methodologies (e.g., Agile preferred).

Personal Skills:

- Proven track record of leading and motivating high-performing teams.
- Strong communication, collaboration & interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and translate business objectives into technical plans.

Qualifications:

- PhD(preferred) or Master's degree in a relevant technical field will be considered.
- 10+ years of experience in a technical leadership role.
