Job Summary

Travelog Holidays is looking for an experienced and energetic Travel Sales Consultant to join our team in Kochi. The candidate will be responsible for handling travel enquiries, preparing customised domestic and international holiday packages, following up with leads and converting enquiries into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle B2B and B2C travel enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and email.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel packages.
- Create customised international and domestic itineraries and quotations.
- Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Coordinate with hotels, DMCs, transport providers and other suppliers.
- Calculate package costs, markups and final selling prices accurately.
- Assist customers with flight, hotel, visa and travel-document requirements.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and B2B travel agents.
- Update customer details, follow-up status and booking information in the CRM.
- Manage guests from booking confirmation until completion of the tour.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.

Candidate Requirements





- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in travel sales, tour operations or a similar role.
- Good knowledge of international holiday destinations.
- Experience in preparing customised itineraries and quotations.
- Strong sales, negotiation and lead-conversion skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Ability to communicate professionally through calls, WhatsApp and email.
- Basic knowledge of flights, hotels, visas and travel documentation.
- Good computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM or itinerary-building software.
- Candidates currently residing in Kochi or Ernakulam district will be preferred.
- Two-wheeler is mandatory.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of destinations such as Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, Bali, Dubai and Maldives.
- Previous experience handling international holiday packages.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Solid customer-service and problem-solving skills.
