Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Robot & PLC Programmer to handle programming, installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and customer support for Special Purpose Machines (SPMs) and automated assembly lines. The candidate will be required to travel to customer sites in the United States for machine installation, commissioning, production support, and training.

Key Responsibilities

PLC Programming

- Develop PLC programs for Special Purpose Machines.
- Modify and debug PLC logic during machine commissioning.
- Configure HMI and SCADA systems.
- Commission Servo Drives, VFDs, Remote I/O, Safety PLCs, and industrial networks.
- Perform machine FAT and SAT.

Robot Programming

- Programming and commissioning of industrial robots.
- Robot teaching and path optimization.
- Robot calibration and TCP setup.
- Integration with PLC and vision systems.




- Robot troubleshooting during production.

Travel Requirements

The candidate must be willing to travel internationally for machine installation.

Expected travel:

- USA
- Canada (if required)
- Mexico (if required)

Typical duration:

- 2–12 weeks per project

Mandatory Requirements

Visa

Candidate must possess a valid US B1/B2 Visa with sufficient validity for international business travel.

Passport

- Valid Passport with minimum 12 months validity.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
